FlowKey Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Vortechron Studio in Malaysia. By using FlowKey, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

The service

FlowKey turns speech into text and can clean up that text. Results may contain mistakes, so check important text before you send, publish, or rely on it. You are responsible for the text you dictate and how you use the result.

Your account

Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account in the app. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel or manage it first if needed.

FlowKey Pro subscriptions

FlowKey includes a limited number of free dictations. FlowKey Pro is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited dictation and AI text cleanup while active. The exact local price is shown in the app and on Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that date. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Apple controls billing, refunds, and purchase restoration for App Store sales.

Your content

You keep ownership of your audio, text, personal words, and settings. You give FlowKey and its service providers permission to process that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service. Do not use FlowKey for content you do not have the right to process.

Acceptable use

Do not use FlowKey to break the law, harm others, probe or disrupt the service, bypass plan limits, spread malware, or gain access to another person's account or data. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, FlowKey, or the law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FlowKey available, but speech recognition, networks, and outside providers can fail. The service is provided as available, without a promise that every result will be correct or uninterrupted. We may change features or these terms. If a major change affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vortechron Studio is not responsible for indirect or unexpected loss caused by using or being unable to use FlowKey. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be removed under consumer law.
